The state of Washington launched the Washington Resident Portal Challenge to develop a roadmap in order to create a resident portal that provides frictionless, equitable access to state services. Innovative teams are invited to develop a roadmap that provides platform, functionality, data, architecture, cost and agency digital service integration recommendations.
During this webinar, we will provide an overview of the competition, conduct a walk-through of the website, provide a technical demonstration of the submission platform, share tips and tricks for completing the submission form, and answer any questions you have about the process. This webinar will be recorded and emailed to registrants.
As a reminder: The registration deadline for the Washington Resident Portal Challenge is 5:00 PM Pacific on Thursday, May 9, 2024. Registration is required in order to participate.
